Want to form a generation of girls who...
Now you can bring Cycle Prep to your group!
Our award-winning first period prep course, Cycle Prep, is designed to be done with both girls and parents involved, so they can learn and have these conversations together.
But together also means community! One of the big aspects we discuss in Cycle Prep is creating a Culture of Care. A great way to start girls-supporting-girls around menstruation is by setting the foundation through Cycle Prep as a group.
Not familiar with Cycle Prep? Start here first!

The first period course that prepares girls - and parents - for the start of menstrual cycles with science, values, and the dignity of women in mind

For groups like:
Schools or parishes (as an opt-in program with parents like a mother-daughter tea)
Scouting groups or gatherings about body changes or self-care
Faith Formation or homeschool co-op groups
A special gathering of friends, in the comfort of your home!
Why Cycle Prep?
And most importantly, it's parent-focused. Integral to the program is parents learning together with their daughters so that they can continue these conversations long past your group's event.
of parents reported that Cycle Prep exceeded their expectations
of parents reported that their daughter's preparedness for her first period was 5/5
of parents reported that their daughter was very prepared for her first period
Here's what you get when you press "play."
Besides relief, knowledge, and prepping for a positive puberty? Cycle Prep is broken into short video modules, allowing you to easily stop in between each for discussion and activities.

Module 1
ANATOMY
Finally understand what's actually going on in there as we demystify internal female anatomy and the organs involved in the equation of life (egg + sperm = baby).

Module 2
MENSTRUAL CYCLES
Put meaning to the menses with our unique "Kingdom" analogy, describing the role of four hormones - FSH, estrogen, LH, and progesterone - pivotal to menstruation.

Module 3
PERIODS
Say goodbye to vague explanations and period anxiety: We break down what it's actually like to have a period, how to use various hygiene products, and what's normal vs. when it's time to call the doctor.

Module 4
CULTURE OF CARE
Promote period positivity by learning how cycles affect energy levels and moods, what to put in a "period kit," and how to contribute to a culture of girls-supporting-girls around menstruation.
But the videos are just the beginning: To keep the conversation going, you'll have access to a number of printable resources and handouts for your attendees, including:
"Talking to the Doc," a handout for parents on what's normal, what's not, and how to get their daughter's doctor to listen,
Handy Hormone Guide, to assist families in understanding the key hormones in the menstrual cycle,
Culture of Care Manual for girls to indicate how they want to care for themselves throughout their cycle

PLUS BONUSES FOR YOU!
Leader Guides
Not sure what to say or afraid you'll get tongue-tied? I make it super easy for you to facilitate conversations around what you learn in each video module.
Marketing Materials:
Love event planning, but hate marketing? I've got you covered with flyers and Canva social media templates to get the word out about.
Host Planning Guide:
I've run Cycle Prep for years and learned some tips and tricks to presenting the material well. I'll share how to host a viewing that is impactful, plus a video message with key talking points.
Group License Fee Structure
Group Hosting annual licenses are purchased based on the number of families you expect to serve during the course of a year, not the number of times you expect to run the program.
Want me to present it for you?
In addition to on-demand group licenses, I also have limited availability to teach Cycle Prep live for groups! I'd love to come to your area; inquire below for availability and speaking costs.
Presenting Cycle Prep in a religious setting? I highly recommend supplementing the video modules with Catholic Connections.
Catholic Connections is a free introduction to Theology of the Body for kids. Paired with Cycle Prep, it takes the biological conversations around menstruation and cycles a step further by placing them in the context of God's design for the body.
When you contact me about your group license needs, let me know if you would like to add Catholic Connections to your group hosting and I will add your free access!
