My name is Christina Valenzuela and I've spent the last decade teaching Natural Family Planning clients, hosting talks and workshops around the country, helping parishes & dioceses make (and implement!) NFP support plans, and developing a lifelong body literacy education model. 

I know that finding comprehensive, accurate, beautiful, and NOT METHOD SPECIFIC NFP materials can be really hard.
